Today we reached the guild rank of 17. This is something I have been looking forward to since starting the guild, as it means we get access to Guild Recall Scrolls.

You can purchase Guild Recall Scrolls from the central merchant within the Guild Tavern (in the Altdorf War Quarters). You can purchase as many as you like in one go, and they stack up to 5 in each backpack slot. The Recall Scroll works just like the Book Of Binding, except that it will transport you directly to the Guild Tavern. This is extremely useful, as it is within a stone-specced dwarfs throw of a Flight Master and useful Merchants, as well as, in the War Quarters, the bank and Auction House.
Warbands will often ask members to use a recall scroll in order to change zones more rapidly - instead of running across the entire length of the map to get to the Flight Master, just use the Recall Scroll and then fly to your next destination.
Guild Rank 17 is also the point at which we have always said we would introduce a guild tax rate of 10%. Many members have suggested this should be higher, however we will keep with this rate until we have some useful statistics on the new Keep upgrade costs. Please remember that if you have already set a Tithe, as many members have, you may wish to adjust this accordingly.
Some things to remember about how guild taxes in Warhammer Online work:
Guild taxes will *only* take a percentage of money when you loot corpses. Unless you have specifically disabled the option, it will always display exactly how much money has gone to the guild, and how much has gone to you.
Guild taxes do NOT take money from vendor sales.
Guild taxes do NOT take money from Auction House / trade transactions.
Guild taxes do NOT take money from quest rewards.
So in reality, taxes only occur for a very small percentage of your game income.
