Hello, and welcome to the Cyrus Guild homepage!

Cyrus is a new name for us, but we are an established guild. Originally formed for Warhammer Online, we were called 'Exodus' and fought on the Karak-Norn server for Order.

During our time in Warhammer, we became the largest and most active guild on the server. We played a central role in attempting to co-ordinate the Order faction, hosting cross-alliance community initiatives to try and bring the many guilds and alliances on the server together in an attempt to take the fight to the numerically superior Destruction side.

With recent changes in the dynamics of the game, along with the way in which server merges have been handled, many of our members started to become disillusioned with Warhammer. It became increasingly difficult for all guilds on the server to maintain their memberbase, and as a result we took the decision to look for alternative MMOs to move to while we still had a strong core community.

It didn't take long before we came across Aion, and several of our members have pre-ordered the game and taken part in the recent Closed Beta events. Aion looks very promising indeed, and we have decided that this will be our next 'project'!

Relaunching with a new name and an updated website, we are now welcoming all members, new and old, to join us in Aion. From what we have seen and heard so far, Aion is a game that will encourage a strong guild with good commitment and enthusiasm. This certainly suits us very well, and we will aim to position ourselves amongst the very best on whichever server we roll on.

Cyrus will be rolling for the Elyos faction. Aion is released in the EU on September 25th, 2009.

Thanks for reading! :D

Hello and gratz for the new look of the site Redh, you are doing an excellent job all this time and i appreciate that a lot, i will definetely follow you to Aion cause i played the beta last weekend and i just loved the game, for the moment i will continue log in Warhammer but to tell the truth i kinda lost most of my interest for this game , cause Mythic failed to support this game properly and besides the endless rvr there is nothing else to do, it misses some good pve features to keep players interest on.
I will keep in touch on the forums and i cant wait for the Aion's launch date , thnx again for all cya in 17th of July in the next beta test.

Nice move... I quitted WAR, not Exodus, and if I move to Aion, I will be happy to play with you again in Cyrus.

Good luck with the early game issues, patching etc, even if Aion was largely debugged by Corean players.
I fear the "asian style" grind in this games but will most likely give it a try.

Se you all later and fight with honnor...
